There are ups and downs in life. That is usual in the game. She is setting to three consecutive win of official tournaments. “My condition is 100 percent.” She said full of confidence. She suffered from a right shoulder ache last week and retired in a pro-am, which she didn’t expect at all. “In fact,” she continued, “It was because I twisted my neck while asleep, due to too soft a bed in the hotel and later, it spread over both shoulders.” Now it got well as a result of a medical treatment. It would be the problem if a week later.

But this course really motivated her to cheer up. “This is the first time to come to Iwate and here is so wonderful. Appi is rich in natural beauty and in particular, climate is very good. I would ski before playing golf. Now I don’t as I can hurt myself. But when I see ski area through the hotel window, it really excites me. I sometime want to ski here.”

She is eager to win as the word “Japan” is attached to this tournament. “I haven’t yet won the tournament attached the name of the country even in Korea. I feel something special for that tournament, so I want to win this time. It isn’t easy to win, I understand. But I try not to get nervous and will play golf while having fun. I will play calmly as usual.”
