    FORMAT
    1. 72-Holes Stroke Play.
    2. After 36 holes. the 60 lowest scores and anyone tying for 60th place will qualify for the third and final round.
    3. This competition will use reserve days if 72 holes cannot be completed by September 13. Also, if 72 holes are still not completed using the spare day, the competition will be shortened. This competition is completed at the end of 54 holes.
    4. In the case of a tie for the event after regulated 72 holes, the competitor who tie shall play a hole-by-hole playoff to determine the winner.
    RULES Golf rules approved by R&A and USGA (effective January 2019), JLPGA local rules and competition conditions, and additional local rules for this tournament will be applied.
    ELIGIBILITY

    The criteria are subject to 2020 JLPGA Championship Konicaminolta cup Regulations

    1. Past winners of the LPGA Championship Konicaminolta Cup
    2. Winners of JLPGA Tour Championship Ricoh Cup in the previous three (3) years
    3. Winners of the World Ladies Championship Salonpas Cup in the previous three (3) years​​
    4. Winners of Japan Women's Open in the previous three (3) years
    5. 2019 LPGA of Japan tour exempt players who stated under the LPGA of Japan Tournament Regulations 14①
    6. Winners of 2020 JLPGA of Japan tour.
    7. Players who receive extension of status for medical or maternity leave
    8. Those who ranked 51st to 55th in the prize money ranking at the end of the LPGA Tour competition held in the 46th week of the previous year's week number
    9. Top 2 winners at the end of the previous year's JLPGA Step Up Tour
    10. Top QT ranking list

    Apart from the above, the Tournament Division qualifies female professional golfers in the Asian region specifically recognized by JLPGA.
    The number of people selected will be determined separately by the Tournament Division.
