FORMAT 1. 72-Holes Stroke Play
2. After 36 holes, the 60 lowest scores and anyone tying for 60th place will qualify for the third and final round.
3. In the case of a tie for the event after regulated 72 holes, the competitor who tie shall play a hole-by-hole playoff to determine the winner.
4. If players cannot complete 72 holes during the designated dates, the following Monday will be applied to complete 72 holes. However, the tournament considered officially concluded if all eligible players complete at least 54 holes by following Monday.
RULES 2018 JGA Rules of Golf, 2018 LPGA of Japan Local Rules and Condition of Competition shall apply.
ELIGIBILITY

The criteria are subject to the LPGA Championship Konicaminolta cup Regulations
1. Past winners of the LPGA Championship Konicaminolta Cup
2. Winners of LPGA Tour Championship Ricoh Cup in the previous three (3) years​
3. Winners of the World Ladies Championship Salonpas Cup in the previous three (3) years​ ​
4. Winners of Japan Women's Open in the previous three (3) years​ ​​
5. 2018 LPGA of Japan tour exempt players who stated under the LPGA of Japan Tournament Regulations 14①
6. Winners of LPGA of Japan tour within the past 365 days
7. Players who receive extension of status for medical or maternity leave
8. Player who belongs to Kosugi CC
9. Player who positioned 1st place at 2018 LPGA of Japan pro-test​ ​
10. The remainder of the field will be filled by players ranked in the order of their position on the first reshuffle category.

Other than those above, players in the following categories will be eligible for exemption in the 2019 LPGA Championship Konicaminolta Cup
1. Any player who have successfully passed the Sectional Qualifying.
(2) Female professional golfers in Asian regions specifically recognized by LPGA
